The farm grows typical olive trees of Sabina region, named carboncella and leccino , which are treated in a completely natural way, following the principles of bio-dynamic agriculture at the best.
Harvesting is attended to in October, November and December. The new oil can be tasted in this period, when it is particularly full of flavour. The oil can be bought on place or can be sent on request.
Orders for next year production are accepted.
Also vegetables, fruits and eggs are available.
